In 2010, Diamond decided it was time to get serious about her career. She attended the Regency Beauty Institute Cosmetology School in Baltimore, MD, her hometown, and graduated in November 2011. By February of the following year, Diamond had her cosmetology license and was working as a hair stylist full-time.

Diamond quickly found her niche: celebrity hairstyling and weaves. She moved to Atlanta, GA to gain access to a larger clientele and better opportunities. Soon, she was making waves in the Atlanta hair scene. She was chosen to work with Toni, Towanda, Trina and Ms. Evelyn Braxton on WE tv's #1 reality TV show, Braxton Family Values. She also worked with Brooke Bailey from Basketball Wives of LA and Mimi Faust from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.

By February 2013, Diamond was feeling confident enough to enter her first hair competition. She entered The Bronner Brother International Hair Show for the Bobbi Boss segment. Even though she had only had her license for a year, she placed as one of the top finalists. Now Diamond has moved back to Maryland and is proud to be offering her services to the people of this amazing state. As she herself says, “My objective is to offer excellent services and provide women with great quality hair. Maintaining great hair care compels me to educate myself and keep up with new trends/techniques that can overall better serve my clients.”
